ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY:

 

All orders need 48hrs to be processed & packaged.

 

SHIPPING

COLLECT IN DARLING:

We will notify you via email once your order is ready for collection. Collections should be completed within 48 hours of notification and during our trading hours.

COLLECT IN CAPE TOWN:

Orders are typically ready 3 days after being placed. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for collection. Orders should be collected within 48 hours of notification. Orders not collected within the given window will be returned to Darling and can be shipped or collected at your expense. Please ensure to collect only the box/boxes marked with your details from the depot.

SHIPPING VIA COURIER:

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Outlying and out-of-province areas may take up to 7 business days. Express shipping is available at additional cost upon request. Please ensure to order in a timely manner if you need your order by a certain date. Please note that the courier does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Ensure that someone is present at the given address to receive the delivery. Once your order is with the courier company, we have no control over the delivery day or time. Please contact the courier company directly with any shipping queries.

SEND YOUR OWN COURIER:

Please allow 48 hours for the order to be processed and packaged. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure to send us the necessary paperwork in advance or ensure the courier has the necessary paperwork. Please collect within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
